The ALL-009 Hydraulic Crosshead Data Plate is a permanent data plate designed to be mounted on the elevator crosshead (car frame) of hydraulic elevator installations. It records all fields required by ASME A17.1 Section 2.16.3.2.2. Consult the code at that section for complete requirements.
The crosshead data plate is a code-required item on all elevators — it must travel with the car and remain permanently legible throughout the life of the installation. Laser engraving ensures the data remains readable even after decades of service in the hoistway environment.
Four mounting holes are provided for secure fastening directly to the crosshead steel. The plate is sized at 5" × 3.5" in landscape orientation to accommodate all required fields at code-compliant character height.
