The ALL-004 Hydraulic Pressure Tag is designed to be mounted permanently on the hydraulic machine. ASME A17.1 Section 3.24.1.1. Consult the code at that section for the complete list of required fields. This tag satisfies that requirement and also includes fields for static pressure (empty car), relief valve setting, and date of test as additional reference documentation.
This tag is designed to be permanently affixed inside the machine room near the hydraulic power unit, providing inspectors and maintenance personnel immediate access to code-required pressure data.
All pressures are noted in PSI. The tag is laser engraved with fill-in boxes for field completion at the time of installation or retest.
